Web Design
Payments for custom design projects are made to us in full or in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all money paid is retained by PR Media Coach, and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

Payments for custom web development projects are made to us in full or in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. Search Engine Optimization, Internet Marketing, and Social Media Optimization
Payments for Search Engine Optimization, Internet Marketing, and Social Media Optimization services are nonrefundable, and PR Media Coach does not issue pro rata refunds for fees paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. All Setup fees are nonrefundable as it is applied to costs immediately incurred by PR Media Coach in initiating services. If a project is canceled or postponed, all money paid is retained by PR Media Coach and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
Logo & Branding Design
Fees regarding your logo & branding design are only refundable prior to your consultation with our designer. Since the logo & branding fee is entirely based on the designer’s knowledge, expertise, and time, once you have had your design consultation the amount that can be refunded will be based entirely on the amount of time spent and work completed. This will be determined by our designer.
Copywriting Service
You may claim a refund for a project only if the work has not yet started on the project and the request is made within 3 days from the date of payment. The refund will be processed after deducting any applicable transaction charges from the amount. However, once the work has started on a project or the request is made post 3 days from the date of payment, no refunds will be issued.
